1. Our approach

Nexith provides an AI model and the applications and API around it. This policy explains what data we handle when you use Nexith, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as we reasonably can, and to be plain about the rest.

2. What we collect

Account information: your email address and, if you provide it, your name — used to create and secure your account.

Usage data: the requests you send to the model and the responses returned, along with token counts and timing needed to operate the service, meter usage, and bill accurately.

Technical data: standard logs such as IP address and request metadata, used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.

3. How we use your data

We use the data above to run the service: to authenticate you, process your requests, meter and bill usage, provide support, and keep the platform secure and reliable.

Your prompts and outputs are not used to train our models. We do not sell your data.

4. Data that leaves the system

Every response passes a single egress gate before it leaves our gateway — one consistent checkpoint for streaming, non-streaming, and cached responses alike. This is a core part of how the platform is built, not an add-on.

Where your requests are served entirely by our own infrastructure, they are not shared with third-party model providers.

5. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Operational logs and usage records are retained only as long as needed to run, secure, and bill the service, or as required by law, and then deleted or anonymized.

6. Your choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your personal data, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

7. Security

We protect data in transit and at rest using industry-standard measures and restrict access to it on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat protecting your data as a first-order concern.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
